We are seeking a skilled and client-focused Wills and Trusts Attorney to join our firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning and administration, a commitment to providing compassionate legal counsel, and the ability to manage a diverse caseload in a professional and efficient manner.

What You'll Do:

Draft, review, and execute wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives.
Advise clients on estate planning strategies tailored to their individual goals and family circumstances.
Administer trusts and estates, including probate proceedings and asset distribution.
Prepare and file documents with probate courts and relevant agencies.
Counsel clients on tax implications related to estate planning, including gift and estate tax considerations.
Represent clients in probate litigation matters when necessary.
Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals on behalf of clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files in compliance with firm policies.
Manage deadlines and court filings with precision and timeliness.
Stay current on changes in state and federal laws affecting estate planning and administration.

What We're Looking For:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Active bar license in [State] in good standing.
Minimum 5 years of experience in estate planning, trusts, and/or probate law.
Proficiency in drafting complex estate planning documents.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously and meet deadlines.
High level of professionalism and sensitivity when working with clients during difficult times.
